Working with my beloved landscape design collaborator Suzie Lofting, this newly renovated modern farmhouse is ready for an exterior renovation to match. Build phase happening just as soon as the house is finished… SP25 going into FA25 for plant installation. Front will have all new concrete steps + driveway + DG sitting area to watch the littles play basketball in the street. The backyard is the bigger project with a revamp of the steep hillside for low-maintenance erosion control + new shade trees and a deck built off the new home addition for that California indoor/outdoor living. BBQ, TV, lounge seating and dining for 10 are all top priorities, as well as room for play. New fencing all around. The only thing existing to remain in the plant palette is a yummy Pluot tree at the top of the back hill.

New plant highlights: Geijera parviflora, Podocarpus elongatas ‘Icee Blue’, Acacia iteaphylla, and many more to come as plant palette is finalized.
