Working with my beloved landscape design collaborator Suzie Lofting, this newly renovated modern farmhouse is ready for an exterior renovation to match. Build phase FA25 for the front with all new concrete steps + driveway + DG sitting area to watch the littles play in the court. The backyard is the bigger project with a revamp of the steep hillside for low-maintenance erosion control + new shade trees and a deck built off the new home addition for that California indoor/outdoor living. BBQ, TV, lounge seating and dining for 10 are all top priorities, as well as room for play. New fencing all around. The only thing existing to remain in the plant palette is a yummy Pluot tree at the top of the back hill.

New plant highlights: Agonis flexuosa ‘Jervis Bay After Dark’, Senecio candicans, Podocarpus gracilior’, Acacia iteaphylla, and more.
