Working with Mindful Construction, Inc. to create a back yard refresh with designated areas for poolside lounging, cooking, and evening s’mores sessions around the fire pit. Proposed plant material highlights: Calandrinia + Oscularia for pops of color around the pool. Olive trees for additional shade and Mediterranean vibes near the pool. Existing native Manzanita and Ceanothus on the hillside will be pruned along the back fence line allowing for Lomandra, Salvia pachyphylla, and Salvia apiana + some other selections to fill in the hillside. Raised beds behind the new custom pergola will provide a spot for cut flowers + veggies under an existing Lagerstroemia indica.
